Note: For covered transplants, benefits are also provided for transportation, lodging and meal costs for up to $50 per eligible person ($100 per two eligible people) each day, but no more than a $10,000 lifetime benefit maximum for each eligible person. These benefits are provided for the transplant recipient who is a member and one companion (or two companions if the transplant recipient is an enrolled minor dependent child).
