For services not covered by Medicare, Medex Choice provides full coverage for medically necessary services when they are furnished by an HMO Blue provider, including a Licensed Audiologist or Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to: diagnose and treat speech, hearing and language disorders; or treat autism spectrum disorders. This includes services by an HMO Blue Licensed Audiologist or Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
