Delivery of one or more than one baby, including prenatal and postnatal medical care, lab tests, x-rays and other covered tests that are furnished by a Physician or Nurse Midwife. These benefits also include prenatal and postnatal medical care exams, lab tests, x-rays and other covered tests by a General Hospital, Community Health Center or a Licensed Outpatient Birthing Center.
