This health plan also covers one hearing aid (or one set of binaural hearing aids) for up to $1,000 for each member every 2 calendar years. This includes dispensing fees, acquisition costs, batteries and repair of the hearing aid. (If this health plan has a benefit limit for durable medical equipment, these benefits do not count toward that benefit limit.)
