This health plan covers outpatient monitoring and medication management for members taking psychiatric drugs, when the services are furnished by a General, Chronic Disease or Rehabilitation Hospital, Community Health Center or Physician or Nurse Practitioner. (These services may also be furnished by a covered mental health facility.)
