This health plan covers hospital services for inpatient admissions in a covered General, Chronic Disease or Rehabilitation Hospital. (Inpatient admissions in a Rehabilitation Hospital are limited to 90 days in each benefit period. A benefit period starts on the first day that is not part of a prior benefit period on which the member receives covered inpatient services in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
