These screening tests are limited to the following: abdominal aortic aneurysm ultrasound screening (one time only); and effective on January 1, 2011, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) screening test one exam every 12 months for members who ask for an HIV screening test (or who are at increased risk for HIV infection) or up to three times during pregnancy.
