Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders - For an enrolled dependent child who is age 12 and under, these outpatient benefits also include intensive behavioral therapy and coverage for the coordination of the treatment plan when the services are furnished by a covered health care provider. These benefits are limited to $5,000 in each calendar year up to a $30,000 lifetime benefit limit. (Only the deductible applies for these covered services.)
