In addition, this health plan covers vision supplies and related covered services. For members until the end of calendar month age 19, these benefits are provided for either: two sets of frames and prescription lenses per calendar year; or one set of frames and prescription lenses and one fill of contact lenses per calendar year; or two fills of contact lenses per calendar year.
