This health plan also covers one hearing aid (or one set of binaural hearing aids) for each eligible member up to the amount described in the benefit limit. This includes dispensing fees, acquisition costs, batteries, replacement parts, charges to replace lost or broken hearing aids, and repairs of the hearing aid(s).
