Medex Choice covers Medicare-approved inpatient services when the services are furnished by an HMO Blue Physician or Other Covered Professional Provider, including an HMO Blue Podiatrist, HMO Blue Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, HMO Blue Nurse Midwife and HMO Blue Nurse Practitioner. These benefits are provided for as many days as are medically necessary for the member's condition.
