Medex Lifetime Benefit Days - After Medicare benefits have run out, Medex pays full benefits for an additional 365 days when the member is an inpatient in a General, Chronic Disease or Rehabilitation Hospital. This is a lifetime benefit limit. (Any of these Medex lifetime benefit days will reduce the Medex lifetime benefit days for inpatient admissions in a General or Mental Hospital for treatment of mental conditions.)
