Note: Certain transplant services are limited when covered services are not furnished through the Blue Quality Centers for Transplants. The harvesting (procurement) of a donor organ or stem cells from a living or non-living donor is limited to a $15,000 maximum for each covered transplant. In addition, a $5,000 maximum applies per donor or $15,000 per recipient for bone and/or skin grafts.
