This includes foot care services such as trimming of corns, trimming of nails and other hygienic care when the care is medically necessary because the member has systemic circulatory disease (such as diabetes); and other non-routine foot care (such as treatment of flat feet or partial dislocations in feet) and fittings, castings and other services related to foot orthotics.
