The member's copayment is waived when there are no in-network free-standing radiology facilities within a 30-mile radius of where the member lives; or when the services are furnished during an inpatient stay or in conjunction with a surgical procedure on the same day; or when the services are furnished during an emergency room visit at the same facility; or when the services are furnished during observation at the same facility.
