Interpretation of diagnostic x-ray and other imaging tests, diagnostic lab tests and diagnostic machine tests by a Physician or Podiatrist, when these tests are not furnished by a hospital-based radiologist or pathologist. (Note: When these services are furnished by a non-preferred anesthesiologist at a preferred hospital, the member's cost share is the same that would apply for the Partners Preferred Network.)
