Treatment to repair and/or replace sound, natural teeth damaged due to accidental injury, but only when the care is furnished within 30 days of the accident. These benefits include accident care, treatment to repair or replace damaged teeth, necessary x-rays, and follow-up medical care. No benefits are provided for: dental prostheses (such as dentures, bridges, braces and other such dental appliances); and dental care following an injury caused by biting or chewing.
