Note: Medical care outpatient visit maximum applies when certain services are furnished outside of MIT Medical. The services are: diabetes self- management training and education, injection other than allergy shots, urgent care services, medical exams and contact lenses needed to treat keratoconus, nutrition counseling, neuropsychological assessment services and second and third surgical opinions. (This visit limit also applies to emergency medical outpatient services and medical care to treat speech, hearing and language disorders.)
