The member's copayment is waived for accident treatment received within three calendar days of the injury and for the treatment of fractures, dislocations and burns, as well as follow-up changes of casts and burn dressings and final removal of casts. (The emergency room copayment is also waived when the visit results in the member being held for observation.)
