Additional intermediate care for certain services for members under age 19, including: In-home behavioral services that provide a combination of medically necessary behavior management therapy and monitoring; In-Home Therapy services that provide medically necessary therapeutic clinical intervention or ongoing therapeutic training and support; and intensive care coordination services that provide targeted case management services. For these covered outpatient services, a copayment will be waived. The member will still be responsible for any deductible and/or coinsurance.
