Fitness Program - you and your covered family members can be reimbursed up to $200 (in total) for membership and class fees paid to a health club (or instructor-led group classes at a fitness studio or a virtual/online membership, subscription, program, or class) with a variety of cardiovascular and strength-training equipment and programs; or purchased new wearable fitness trackers; or home exercise equipment purchased new (treadmills, stationary bikes, stepping machines, revolving chairs and elliptical machines). You can request this reimbursement each calendar year; requests must be submitted by March 31 of the following year. You cannot be reimbursed for initiation fees, or fees for personal training sessions, country clubs, social clubs (like ski, tennis, hiking), sports teams, spas, instructional dance, pool-only facilities, gymnastics, martial arts schools, and fitness equipment or clothing. This reimbursement is a Wellness Participation Program separate from your health plan.
