Fitness Program - you and your covered family members can be reimbursed up to $300 (in total) for fees paid for fitness activities includes virtual/online membership, subscription, program, or class, and sporting equipment approved by your employer. Fitness apparel and clothing do not qualify. You can request this reimbursement each calendar year; requests must be submitted by March 31 of the following year. This reimbursement is a Wellness Participation Program separate from your health plan.
