Wellness Rewards Reimbursement Program - Under a separate wellness rewards reimbursement program, when you or one of your covered family members completes certain qualified health care and wellness activities, one will have the opportunity to earn wellness rewards points. Blue Cross Blue Shield, on behalf of the employer group, will reimburse up to $150 each calendar year when required points have been earned.
