Wellness Rewards Program for BlueFit enrollees - Under a separate wellness rewards program, when a qualified employee age 18 or older completes certain qualified health care and wellness activities, the employee will have the opportunity to earn wellness rewards points. The earned points go towards wellness dollars that can be redeemed and deposits made directly into the employee's personal Health Saving Account (HSA). Blue Cross Blue Shield, on behalf of the employer group, will reward up to $400 in each plan year, not to exceed $100 per plan quarter.
