Diabetes screening (fasting plasma glucose test)

Cardiovascular screening (tests for cholesterol, lipid and triglyceride levels)

One routine fecal-occult blood test every 12 months for members age 50 or older.

Prostate specific antigen (PSA test) every 12 months for members age 50 or older
